These terms govern your use of KenpIQ (“KenpIQ”, “we”, “us”) — this website, its free tools, and the option to reserve founder pricing with a refundable deposit. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. Who we are
KenpIQ is an independent, pre-launch software project operated by a sole proprietor. You can reach us at support@kenpiq.com.
2. Pre-launch status
The KenpIQ software product is not yet available. Today, this site lets you use free tools and, if you choose, place a refundable deposit to reserve a discounted “founder” price for when we launch. Placing a deposit does not give you access to a product yet, and we do not promise a specific launch date.
3. Founder deposits
A founder deposit is a small payment (currently $9) that locks your founder price. It is fully refundable at any time before launch — see our Refund Policy. If we never launch, we refund every deposit in full. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card number.
4. The free tools
The KENP break-even calculator and ad-waste audit run in your browser and are provided for general information only. They are not financial, tax, or advertising advice, and we don't guarantee the accuracy of any figure they produce. Decisions you make based on them are your own.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the site unlawfully, attempt to break or overload it, or misuse the deposit flow. We may suspend access if you do.
6. No warranty
The site and tools are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KenpIQ is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have actually paid us (which, for a refundable deposit, is normally refunded to you).
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. We'll change the “last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the update.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your country of residence], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
