Founder deposits exist to let early supporters lock a discounted price — not to lock you in. The policy is simple: your money is yours until you decide otherwise.
Fully refundable, any time before launch
You can request a full refund of your founder deposit at any time before we launch, for any reason or no reason at all. You don't owe us an explanation.
How to request a refund
Email support@kenpiq.com from the address you used. We refund to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens at launch
If you keep your reservation through launch, your deposit is credited toward your first month — so it isn't an extra cost, just an early one. If you decide not to continue, ask and we'll refund it in full.
If we never launch
If we decide not to launch KenpIQ, we refund every deposit in full, automatically — you won't need to ask.
